Kristen Estey brings a wonderful talent for care giving to all that she does. As a yoga teacher, licensed massage therapist, parent, animal lover and gardener, her heart is in her work.
In 1998 Kristen moved to Bethel Farm in Hillsborough NH and fell in love with Steve Bethel and the nurturing vibration of the place. Together they began dreaming of a way to share their deepening yoga practice and connection to a holistic way of living. Home is now a thriving Yoga and living Arts center with an ever evolving mission.
Kristen trained with David Swenson to teach the primary series of Ashtanga yoga in 2005. Attended Yoga Training immersions in the Jivamukti style at Bethel Farm and she became a licensed massage therapist in 2014. Kristen has continuing education hours in Somatic Experiencing (SE) through the Trauma Institute and a Cancer, Trauma, Presence and Touch certificate. Additionally, she worked for a few years in the palliative care department at Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital in Lebanon NH offering massage and Reiki.
Kristen is exciting to be partnering with Evolution Chiropractic, LLC where she will work closely with Owner/Founder Dr. Jeb Thurmond, to develop a massage therapy practice that continues to provide highly skilled specific therapeutic massage, while bringing her own extraordinary gifts of calm, healing touch and presence
